Our Process
.01 | Concept
In the first phase of pre-construction, we determine the scope of the project. Whether it is a small bathroom or full home remodel, we must identify the Budget, Timeline and Goals. Those three aspects allow us make sure your project is a success and it starts early.
.02 | Criteria Design
In the second phase of pre-construction, the project begins to take shape and we start with detailed design decisions. Scope now becomes fixed and we can provide a better understanding of project costs. Additionally, we commit to a schedule and between the homeowner, architect, builder and designer to have a precise direction in which the project will begin to move.
In the final phase of pre-construction, we aim to have all systems defined, including furnishings, fixtures and equipment. We document how the design is put into action. Subcontractors and suppliers are selected and your project is ready to be built.
.03 | Implementation
During construction, our detail oriented approach does not change! We hope that our pre-construction phases will allow the build to continue smoothly, however, we understand changes do happen. We will work with you to ensure that any change orders are taken care of and we will adjust accordingly. This is the most exciting part of the process and we intend for you to have peace of mind throughout the entire project!
